WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you receive it, unused and undamaged in anyway.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the product.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Unfortunately we only offer shipping in the UK at the moment.
WHY IS MY CANDLE TUNNELING?
Wax has a memory! If you don't let it burn long enough, wax memory will remain small and your candle will tunnel.
Please make sure your first few burns are at least 3-4 hours.
